UWhy is it that love can be mixed with painful feelings? Perhaps, we have irritation or resentment towards them. Maybe, it’s jealousy or pride that gets in the way. It’s important to know that relationships don’t have to be painful! You just need to shift your mind in relation to others using wisdom methods to generate and maintain a more pure love. At first this may be challenging to do, but if you train your mind in love then you can solve your problems of jealousy, anger and other harmful thoughts and your mind will be more at peace with loved ones.
